Whether performing physical therapy exercises or going to a group class at the gym, Pilates is already a large part of any fitness program. Pilates practice demands control, concentration and precision, and starting with a proper foundation is the key to success. Christina loves assisting each client reach their personal best each day, and celebrates when clients surprise themselves with what they can accomplish. One of her favorite mottos about working out is: "Let this be the hardest thing you do today."
Christina has a teaching style that is personal, enthusiastic and detail - oriented. She is great with working with all kinds of people, and all fitness levels. Christina has written articles for Women's Health and has created Pilates action plans for Fitango.com. She received her comprehensive Pilates training from CORE Pilates NYC and her Pre-Natal certification from Bella Bellies in 2011. Christina has taught at many gyms, studios, and clubs including, Equinox, CORE Pilate NYC, Lotus Physical Therapy, Hummingbird Pilates and Beverly Hills Country Club.
